Bridal flowers are individually designed pieces of floristry, which create atmosphere and set a theme.  Working closely with the bride and groom, the design team at Acanthus will offer advice and give ideas for designs to add those finishing touches to any ceremony or reception.

All our bridal bouquets are especially designed taking into consideration:

• colour schemes
• dress styles
• the season in which the wedding will take place
• the final effect and atmosphere the bride and groom would like to create
  

Remember when choosing your floral arrangements for the big day that:

• not all blooms are suited to all styles of bouquet
• not every bouquet is a good match for any dress and bride
• different flowers and colours will give very different end results

A consultation is very highly recommended which is offered free of charge. This service is by appointment only. 

This consultation usually takes a minimum of one hour, during which we discuss and exchange any ideas the bride and groom may have as well as any additional advice or ideas the designer may be able to propose. 

After this meeting, if the bride and groom are happy with what has been decided upon, and would like to proceed with the booking then a deposit of £100.00 will be required. This is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final balance, payment of which is required two weeks prior to the wedding. At this point the order is frozen and no changes can be made as all materials will be ordered.  All additional items should be ordered at least seven days prior to the wedding, otherwise no guarantees can be given regarding particular flowers and/or colours.
